Steeped in over 120 years of history, The Royal Automobile Club is one of the foremost motoring clubs in the world, at our Pall Mall clubhouse we have just completed the first phase of a back of house refurbishment, where our production kitchen has gone through a total refit and has been fitted out with all the latest equipment and phase 2 next July will see the restaurant kitchens being brought up to date. The clubs “Jewel in the Crown” The Great Gallery Restaurant is arguably one of the finest dining rooms in the capital, this room has been through an extensive refurbishment in the early part of the year, this will be followed by our Brasserie restaurant going through an extensive refurbishment next year.
Across the club we have a wide range of outlets taking in fine dining, brasserie, banqueting and events, our clubhouse in Epsom hosting the Annual Derby Event for some 750 members and their guests, Woodcote Park has also seen investment in the outlets, this year is the first anniversary of Stirling’s a restaurant named after the racing legend Sir Stirling Moss, this restaurant has been a huge success and working with Goodwood Estates we have developed menus around some of Sir Stirling’s favourites from his extensive years of travelling the race circuits around the world.

We are recruiting for the following positions:
Woodcote Park, Epsom, Surrey – Accommodation is available
Commis Chef: - £16,429.14 per annum increasing to £17,294.10 per annum after 3 months
Chef de Partie: - £ 23,473.26 per annum increasing to £ 24709.50 per annum after 3 months
