Banqueting Senior Head Waiter required, Immediate start in London

The Banqueting department is responsible for a number of events that happen at the Club and it is imperative that these events run smoothly and without fault to ensure that our Members and their guests have a memorable experience during their conference, wedding, party or committee event.

As the Senior Head Waiter you are responsible for ensuring that all set-up and close down is achieved within a timely manner, you will lead and inspire the Banqueting Waiters and ensure that a seamless plan is in place for each event.

This is a very hands on position and you will report directly into the Banqueting Manager at Pall Mall, .

To be successful within this role you will come from a similar background within a 4-5* establishment and experience of working a high volume of Banqueting events. You will also need to be a strong Team Leader, ensuring that your staff are motivated on each shift and that you can resolve issues quickly and professionally.
