Restaurant Host / Receptionist - Epsom

Restaurant Host required to work in our fine dining and brasserie restaurant in Epsom

As a Restaurant Host you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our Members on arrival to the restaurant and ensure that they are made to feel comfortable and seated accordingly. You will manage the front desk taking restaurant bookings ensuring all special requirements are detailed within the booking and you will also help your fellow colleagues on the restaurant floor and assist the Restaurant Supervsor in setting up table plans for each service from the bookings scheduled.

On top of this you will ensure that you uphold our high standards within our Clubhouse by always being well presented, polite, professional and by giving our Members a memorable experience.

To succeed in this role you will:

• Have Customer Facing experience
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be highly professional and take pride in your work
• Have good organisational skills
• Be able to converse in English
