An Apprenticeship with Fusion is all about being active and inspiring our customers whilst keeping them safe. You can expect a combination of practical experience gained around leisure centres whilst you are supported in obtaining your NVQ in Activity Leadership, providing you with a solid foundation for a career in leisure.

The Role

Fusion Lifestyle is a leading leisure provider and we provide fun, active and safe working environments for our staff. The majority of your apprenticeship will be spent lifeguarding but you will also gain valuable experience and qualifications in Fitness Instructing and Customer Relations. You may choose to further specialise by qualifying as either a Fitness Class Instructor or Swim Instructor further down the line too.

About You

In order to be considered for our apprenticeship positions you must be a good swimmer with excellent communication skills. You should also be able to commit to at least 30 hours per week for a minimum of one year, so that you can complete your apprenticeship.
