The Group Sales Manager will be pivotal to the success of the Hotel through the development of relationships which drive the Events Business. As an ambassador for the Hotel and wider Bulgari Hotels and Resorts brand, the role promotes the Hotel as a destination and works closely with all departments to exceed the expectation of our clients.

The position of Group Sales Manager will take accountability & responsibility for the London market to include banks, hedge funds, high-end tech firms, advertising, PR, fashion houses and high-end MICE business. As such, the role demands in-depth knowledge of the UK market and the ability to capitalise on existing relationships and develop new ones to gear performance in this area.

Ambitious and tenacious, the successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role within the Group Sales sector. Implicit to their success is their ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, identify sales opportunities and convert these into successful business.

The dynamic of the Hotel encourages an entrepreneurial (though not maverick) approach and demands a self starter; someone who is willing to make quick decisions involving calculated risks and who has the gravitas to account for them.

Knowledge and experience of the luxury sales market and international luxury traveler markets are essential.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have excellent levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
