Membership Adviser

About your role

We need to recruit a new membership advisor who is enthusiastic, personable and effective in presenting the memberships and services available at our centre. As well as providing excellent customer service to all visitors, you’ll also be generating new interest in our Centre.  Whether you are working on tele-activity, social media, supporting reception or conducting centre tours, you’ll be expected to deliver excellent sales service throughout.

You will be an ambassador for our Centre, promoting us at local events, within local businesses, outlets and using every opportunity available. Previous experience in a sales or a service role would be advantageous and we offer a comprehensive in-house sales training.

Applicants must be self-motivated and target-driven with a "can-do" attitude. You’ll possess great communication skills, IT skills, be organised and have a passion for sales.

About the vacancy

This vacancy is on a Permanent Full Time contract basis at 39 hours per week

£15,240, Plus a very good commission scheme, Plus excellent company benefits

Shift work within the hours of 0900 – 2100
