We are looking for a Experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen team.

It's a great opportunity for someone with a natural drive for excellence who is seeking a new challenge. The menu in our busy business is freshly prepared everyday, using quality ingrediants.  It doesn't matter if a guest orders a breakfast bap to a full meal, we want to ensure they have a high quality experience and want to return.

Some key responsibilities include:

- Producing a high standard of food for all our menus

- Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety

- Maintaining areas of work and machinery

- Eliminating wasteful or unprofitable practices

- Controlling the order and storage of food supplies

If you are a team player who is committed to achieving the very best, this could be the role for you. Previous experience in this or a similar role is essential.

The Parsons Collar Pub & Kitchen has recently undergone a major refurbishment which has incorporated innovate and new concepts. 

In addition to the pub and as part of the business we have the 54 bedroom Lodge at Solent.

We also cater for a large number of guests who come to stay at the Solent Hotel & Spa which sits adjacent to the pub.
