Founded in 2008 Marcus Wareing Restaurants began with the opening of the two Michelin starred Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley (now known simply as “Marcus”). The group now includes The Gilbert Scott, an elegant British restaurant and bar in The St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and Tredwell’s, a west-end dining room serving high-quality food in a casual space.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join us at Marcus, our 2 Michelin Star Restaurant.

Do you have what it takes?

What we are looking for:

  • to be an ambassador of the culture of Marcus Wareing Restaurants
  • previous experience in a management role in fine dining restaurant is essential
  • great attention to detail 
  • passionate about providing a fantastic dining experience for our guests
  • ability to work under pressure
  • enthusiastic, quick thinking with a can-do attitude
  • a good command of English is also needed
  • be able to work effectively as part of a team
