Salary: £16,310.00 Per Annum, £8.04 per hour

Location: Lilleshall National Sports and Conferencing Centre, Shropshire, TF10 9AT

Hours: 39 Hours per week (Shifts)

An opportunity has arisen at Lilleshall National Sports and Conference Centre in Shropshire, for a Bookings Assistant on a 12 month contract. The successful applicant will be required to work 5 days out of 7, working from 9am – 5pm (Hours may vary, so flexibility is essential). This role requires a reliable, hardworking and an adaptable individual with high standards as we demand a high level of customer service.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone enquiries
• Meeting and greeting new customers
• Conducting site visits with new customers
• Conducting sales activities on site and around the local area
• Any other additional adhoc duties as required

• The ideal candidate will have an excellent working attitude and is willing to learn
• High quality customer service skills and excellent communication skills
• Excellent product knowledge and experience
• An open, honest, approachable and outgoing personality.
