You will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.  We are looking for a naturally proactive individual who can generate leads and  convert them into sales with a personal interest in health and fitness. What we are looking for:

You will have:

• Worked in a management role within the fitness industry
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in managing a team of sales staff
• Experience working within a structured and successful sales process working to agreed KPIs
• The ability to promote and drive Anytime Fitness culture within the club
• Experienced in developing and executing an events calendar
• An outgoing personality and be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings
• Experience of working in a customer-facing, target driven environment, and have a proven track record of achieving results

Sales experience is an advantage, as is experience of working in the leisure sector – but most of all you must have a can-do attitude, a desire to succeed, and an ability to lead and influence others.

A typical day can be varied – from promoting the club face to face and over the phone; to attending local events and talking to corporate clients. You will be managed against your own and the Club KPIs, and will be involved at a senior level in establishing your club as the No1 Health Club in your local area.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Exact working hours will be determined, but will involve a minimum of 40 hours per week. You will need a willingness to work evenings, week-ends and public holidays as required.

We also require the Manager to be able to attend the club in case of emergency when not on shift.

The successful candidate will naturally be a social, personable character that is genuinely passionate and active in the fitness sector.
