Customer Service Advisor - Front of House
We are looking for a confident and friendly person to join our Front of House Team at our North Staffordshire Hospital, Newcastle under Lyme.
This role will be to provide an efficient customer relations and advisory service to all visitors, and provides a facility for the taking of payments from patients in accordance with set procedures. In addition to this it will be necessary for the post holder to both admit and discharge patients to relevant departments. It will also be necessary to make new and follow-up bookings, whilst making amendments to minimum data and company scheme information as held on the central patient system.
The post holder will be an effective point of contact, both face to face or via the telephone for all customer enquiries, ensuring that queries are dealt with in an efficient manner.
Experience of working in a customer service environment is required, as is the ability to work on your own initiative. Flexibility will be key to this role as shift work will be required on a rota basis, including weekends, bank holidays and to cover for annual leave and sickness absence.
Full training will be provided.
