Haven, a key brand within Bourne Leisure are currently looking for a Regional Entertainments Support Partner.

The two key elements of this role will be to:- Support the parks in the Wales/South West region on all aspects of product delivery and to coach the park teams to strive for excellence. It is essential that strong relationships are built with Entertainment Managers, Retail Managers and the Operations Directors.

To lead the externally booked, live act process, all the way from the briefing stage through to the review process at the end to ensure that the talent booked met all expectations. Reporting to the Head of Entertainment, key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the 9 parks in the region on all aspects of product delivery, building strong relationships with the wider park leadership team and the Operations Directors in the process. This will be a very large part of this role. This role is crucial in improving communication between the park teams and the support teams moving forward.

Working with the Head of Entertainment to set up the desired act profile, circuits, agreeing budgets and sharing these with the supplier

Being the first point of contact to the supplier for account management

Overseeing the booking process of acts for Holidaymakers and Owners ensuring new talent discovery and that volume dates are secured

Working with all relevant park teams to gather feedback to ensure that the live acts are meeting expectations, utilising the online act feedback system

Setting up a mechanism where the supplier can regularly receive feedback on the acts provided

Attending showcases, open days, events throughout the year to source quality, innovative and new talent, and to brief into the supplier

Briefing agents with business updates and feedback from across the business to ensure the consistency of product

Drafting and amending contracts for review for special eventsTaking on special one off projects as required and to see them through from initiation to completion

The Successful Candidate:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the entertainment, events or cruise sector

Must be confident working independently and as part of a multi-functional team, 'owning' your projects to see all projects through to completion

Must demonstrate a real can do attitude and willing to provide excellent service to all key stakeholders

Must have strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to tight deadlines

A forward thinking 'people person' with ability to inspire and influence others

As a large proportion of this role will be supporting the parks across the country, the ability to drive and be comfortable on the road is a necessity.
