Events Operations Manager - Thyme Cotswolds, Lechlade

We are now looking for an Events Operations Manager to cover Maternity Leave at Thyme.  

This role is focused on driving corporate and high end leisure event sales. Working closely with the Events Sales Manager, you will oversee the management of corporate meetings, private dinners, weddings, corporate launches and all other events from an initial enquiry through to overseeing the event on the day. This is a very hands on role, with the expectation of your presence at the events, ensuring smooth running, consistent, professional brand delivery and a helpful, friendly service. You will need to work some evenings and weekends to fulfil this role.

Along with the Events Sales Manager, you will be the point of contact from inception to delivery. Attention to detail, excellent product knowledge, developing team relationships and the ability to work independently are all essential for this role. Previous event management experience and F&B knowledge is required.
