Duty Manager

to join our Management team.

Duty Manager Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about providing first class customer service to exceed our guests’ expectations.  This is a fantastic opportunity to: progress your career within a 5* hospitality environment as a member of the hotel management team.  The Duty Manager role is a key management position focusing on the smooth day to day operation of this luxury country house hotel. A core responsibility of the Duty Manager will be to ensure that the quality of internal and external service meets current standards of performance criteria and that the style of service delivery is consistent with Elite Hotels core values. Likewise, that the product and facilities are maintained to a five star standard at all times. Ensuring that sales and profitability are maximised is a key objective of the Junior Assistant Manager. Attributes/Experience:

Previous relevant hotel experience. Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as first class customer service skills. Well-groomed and tidy appearance. Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
