Lounge and Bar Waiter / Waitress

to join our Food & Beverage team 

Job Overview

Reporting to the Lounge & Bars Manager, you will be assisting in the smooth and efficient running of our three drawing rooms and terrace. Offering a selection of fine teas, coffee, light lunches and afternoon teas, you will ensure that they are served to the highest standards and endeavour to make every meal an occasion for our guests.  You will also have the responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of Room Service, ensuring that all orders are taken correctly and delivered to guest rooms within an acceptable time scale.  You will ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed.  

We are recruiting for Full Time, Part Time and Casual contracts.
 

Attributes/Experience

Previous experience of Lounge/Restaurant work is desirable, however training will be given. Must have enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food, wine and people. You must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and have the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
