Brasserie Team Leader  to join our Brasserie & Bars Team.

Brasserie Team Leader Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to join the Brasserie team at Luton Hoo. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff providing the highest quality of guest service within the Brasserie & Bars department, endeavouring to make every meal an occasion for our guests. You will ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed.

Attributes/Experience
Enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food, wine and people. Customer care and communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly professional manner. Must have supervisory experience within a Food & Beverage environment.
