Head Chef - Zobler's Diner - The Ned London - Soho House & Co

The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced, skilful and passionate Head Chef that can lead the brigade in one of our busiest restaurant concepts.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy high quality Restaurant.

The right person will have previous experience in:
• Menu development
• Producing fresh food in a high-volume environment
• Managing a large Brigade of Chef’s
• Maintaining strict food safety standards
• Food purchasing software
• Team development and training

The Ned London
Originally a bank, the Grade-1 listed building has been developed and restored to hold 252 hotel bedrooms, twelve restaurants and bars, a member’s club, a gym, Cowshed spa and two swimming pools, as well as six dedicated event spaces.

The Restaurant

Zobler’s is a traditional New York-style deli diner open for breakfast, lunch & dinner; serving up favourites such as over-stuffed sandwiches, matzo ball soup, smoked fish, salads, bagels, chicken wings and cheesecake. This is 1 in 10 restaurants here at The Ned London.
