This is an exciting time for our organisation as we undergo a period of development and expansion, with more than 20 new stores planned in 2018, which has brought around the opening for a new role within the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Fashion Recruiter looking for a challenging role with lots of progression opportunities.

Key Aspects of the role:

  • Responsible for candidate lifecycle from application to offer
  • Manage advertising in line with brand and company guidelines
  • Pro-actively source candidates and manage direct applicants throughout the recruitment process
  • Implementing, overseeing and analysing recruitment strategies that support the growth of the business
  • Liaising with Head Office, Area and Regional Management on objectives, maintaining and driving relationships
  • Contributing to and developing recruitment plans and strategies (both internal and external) to drive the business forward
  • Work with the wider team to ensure all aspects of recruitment are successful including existing stores, Head Office and new store openings
  • Ad hoc tasks including supporting HR, Recruitment and advertising campaigns etc

Essential Skills / Experience

  • 2+ Years in a similar role ideally in house but agency experience accepted
  • Strong knowledge of fashion and luxury brands
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Reliable, supportive and positive
  • A committed and hardworking attitude
  • The ability to cope under pressure and work towards deadlines
  • Good Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
