With a growing team and sites UK wide, we now need a flexible, dedicated and highly motivated Receptionist at the Station Hotel in Aberdeen.  It’s a truly exciting time to join as we are undertaking a substantial re-development of the hotel.

About the role…

As a customer faced member of the team you will be dealing directly with guests. Duties will include taking reservations, checking guests in and out of the hotel, processing payments, greeting clients, answering and directing telephone calls, collating reports and general office duties.

Shift patterns are 7am-3pm or 3-11pm. Due to the nature of the business you will be required to be flexible and work weekends and bank holidays (5 from 7 days per week).

About you…

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and professional, flexible, passionate & display a professional and courteous attitude to our guests.

You will ideally have relevant experience within a hotel environment and in cash handling with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and excellent command of the English language.

You will also be of smart professional appearance, be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business and be an effective team player.
