With a growing team and sites UK wide, we now need a flexible, dedicated and highly motivated Reservations Co-ordinator at the Station Hotel in Aberdeen.  It’s a truly exciting time to join as we are undertaking a substantial re-development of the hotel.

About the role...

The Reservations Supervisor will support and assist the Hotel Manager with all requirements of the department.

You will supervise the day to day running of the reservations department, providing timely and professional reservations services and manage all related reservation functions including but not limited to; inventory control, training, rate and extranet management and achieving monthly targets.
 

About you...

The successful candidate will have previous experience ideally within a hotel environment with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and excellent command of the English language. You will also be of smart professional appearance, have extensive experience in customer care and will make guest satisfaction a priority.  You will be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business and be an effective team player.  The ability to speak other languages would be desirable.
