Sales and Events Manager - Leeds and Liverpool

We are currently looking for a target driven, organised and ambitious sales manager looking to take the next step in their career. Working between Leeds and Liverpool, the right candidate will be self-motivated, proactive and have a proven track record of over achieving.

The role:

  • Responsible for generating and converting sales across 3 luxury student accommodation developments.
  • Work to several KPI’s, such as leads, calls, appointments, sales, referrals & renewals, in addition to conversion rates.
  • Work with third parties such as the Universities and societies to seize opportunities to access our target market.
  • Manage relationships with agents – both UK and International to help increase leads and conversions.
  • Train other members of the IconInc team how to effectively manage sales calls and deliver the perfect show-around.
  • Come up with exciting events ideas that will create a real community within each development.
  • Liaise with the wider team to implement the events plan for residents.
  • Encourage tenants to use social media during events.
  • Create and host events for non-residents to deliver a taste of life at IconInc.
  • Recruit and liaise with student ambassadors to drive authentic content.
  • Assist the Content and Social Media Managers with news and updates.
  • Produce monthly reports relating to sales & events activity.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous sales experience essential.
  • Experience of leading events would be advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (both face to face and over the phone)
  • A real can-do attitude and desire to succeed.
  • Very organised, articulate and an ability to multi-task.
