Do you have the key ingredients to be a Head Chef within the Revere Country Pubs?

As a talented Head Chef you will be the chief of our engine room, driving your team to deliver top quality dishes. Leadership skills are essential for this key role in the management team. Communication is paramount in this high volume, fast paced environment. You will be responsible for cooking up the success of this business, being at the heart of the action with your team working as one.

Situated in the beautiful Hamlet of Ford, The White Hart is pretty close to what you picture a traditional English pub to look like. Packed full of original features that we’ve lovingly restored and sympathetically adding a few of our own, we’ve created a pub that is simply a delight to visit. We’re proud to serve up delicious food straight from the kitchen and crafted drinks poured at the bar every day of the week, as well as the perfect place for a getaway for 11 beautiful bedrooms. 

What do we offer to our Head Chefs?

· £35,000 salary per annum (DOE) + an uncapped quarterly bonus scheme

Our new Head Chef must have the following: 

·Previous experience as a Head Chef within a fresh food kitchen 
·Stock management and paperwork literate 
·High standards of cleanliness 
·Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations 
·Great communication skills
·Ability to manage and lead a team 
·Passion for producing perfect dishes consistently
