Office Manager - Borehamwood

Responsibilities include:

• Organisation of all administrative activities that facilitate smooth running of the office
• Maintenance of office administration and stationery supplies
• Management of online and paper filing systems
• Receipt and distribution of communications, collection and mailing of correspondence and copy of information
• Orientation and training of new office-based employees
• Planning and execution of relevant company events
• Arrangement and management of travel plans and accommodations as required for Topgolf personnel
• Creation and coordination of office-related meetings, to include documentation and distribution of minutes
• Work with subject experts to ensure compliance with Data Protection laws
• Ensuring compliance with any statutory requirements for health, safety and welfare at work, to include appropriate training administration, documentation and validity

• Previous demonstrable experience in an office management / administrative role
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
• High levels of self-awareness and integrity
• Demonstrable awareness of Data Protection, Health & Safety and Welfare at Work
