Public Area Attendant - London

We are currently recruiting for a Public Area Attendant (Hotel Cleaner) to join our highly successful team.

Your main responsibility as a Public Area Attendant will be to maintain all of the public areas around the hotel, working as an important member of our Housekeeping team.

Based at one of our London hotels, this role gives you the opportunity to learn and develop, with the potential to progress within the company. Main Duties:

  • To maintain the public areas to the required standards
  • Ensure the corridors, stairways and outside areas are clean and tidy at all times
  • Report design issues and maintenance faults to the correct department
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and requests from other departments


  • Previous experience as a Public Area Cleaner, Hotel Cleaner or Cleaner
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Flexibility with hours
  • A good approach to teamwork
  • The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment

Hours required:

As a Public Area Attendant (Hotel Cleaner) you will be working 40 hours per week working 5 shifts on a flexible rota, where some weekends will be required.
