Learning and Development Co-ordinator - Blackpool

Blackpool Pleasure Beach are looking to recruit a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join the HR team. The role will involve dealing with the booking of internal and external training courses, delivering and facilitating learning and development of employees and assessment/ auditing of training delivered within the business. Also maintaining training records and updating systems. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience of delivering training and staff development and hold a learning and development qualification.  You must be able to liase with staff on all levels, have organisation skills, prioritise workloads, be a team player, able to use initiative and be self-motivated.
