An exciting opportunity for a Chambers Club Lounge Supervisor has arisen at London's most iconic hotel. If you are a talented professional, passionate about creating extraordinary experiences, then St Pancras could be the perfect hotel for you.

Here’s a snapshot of the role and its key responsibilities:

  • As a Chambers Club Supervisor at St Pancras you are responsible for assisting the Guest Experience Manager in the effective operation of the exclusive Chambers Club Lounge and private butler services for guests eligible for this luxury facility.
  • The Chambers Club Supervisor will lead the chambers team consisting of guest service associates to delivery unrivalled five star guest experience in this area.
  • The role encompasses the effective working relationships with key members of the hotel management team including Head Housekeeper, Front Office Manager Beverage & Food Manager and Executive Chef to ensure the highest levels of customer service is delivered to Chamber Club guests.
  • Sustained and proven experience in a similar quality, five-star, lifestyle, high volume environment
  • Demonstrable skills in Leading a team
  • A strong knowledge of lifestyle and luxury hotel standards with evidence of successful implementation of high level service and product standards
