Live In Or Out- Permanent - 25 up to 42.5 hours per week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Deputy Manager at YHA Snowdon Pen Y Pass.

As a Deputy Manager, you'll be responsible for helping the Hostel manager to effectively manage the Hostel to achieve and exceed current KPI's and customer satisfaction levels by:

*Ensuring excellent customer service is maintained at all times

*Achieving 5 star standards of cleanliness

*Drive and promote sales

*Managing, developing and motivating all employees

*Identify areas for improvement to the overall products and service within the hostel

*Proactively reviewing and responding to customer feedback 

*Deputise in the absence of the manager and provide support to other hostel functions where necessary

In order to be a great Deputy Manager we are looking for people who:

*Demonstrate previous experience within the hospitality industry / hotel industry

*Have proven ability or are able to demonstrate the management of teams within a similar environment

*Show evidence of managing, developing and motivating others

*Ability to manage high-pressured environment

*Show a good understanding of YHA's culture and values
