Guest Service Agent
As a Guest Service Agent you will be responsible for offering a welcoming and seamless check-in and escort to the guest's room, and a personalised farewell. The Guest Service Agent will deal with any guest queries, and you will ensure that all guest requests and instructions are planned and carried out. Guest Service Agent are also responsible for basic accounting for guests, and you will handle cash and foreign currency exchange. As a part of your daily tasks you will also be required to take and amend reservations, and offer the hotel's services to ensure that the hotel maximises revenue at every opportunity. As this role will also entail some switchboard responsibilities, a confident telephone manner and the ability to deliver service excellence when not face-to-face with our guests is essential. You will be an exceptional team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and be a confident and natural communicator. You are a highly-motivated individual with previous reception experience within a similar environment and be familiar with computerised front office systems.
