Number One - Pastry Chef
Our Pastry team are the innovators and creators of our delightful pastries and desserts served in our award winning restaurant. As Chef de Partie, you will support the Pastry Sous Chef and be responsible for the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. You will be a highly motivated individual ideally someone who has worked in a similar role, with exceptional culinary skills who pays great attention to detail. You take pride in your work and have the ability to work under pressure.
