The Britannia Reservations Office is situated in the affluent village of Hale and we are looking for a Conference & Events Sales Person with a silver tongue.

Main Responsibilities

  • Representing a brand which we are extremely proud of.
  • Be confident in your ability and knowledge of our product.
  • Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Have a good ability to prioritise work load into a manageable order.
  • Proactively seek out repeat business by telephone in addition to converting enquiries into sales
  • Have proven time management and organisational skills
  • Flawless attention to detail and to deliver high standards of service that will help drive our function business to new heights
  • This list is not exhaustive and you may be asked to do other duties as and when required.
