WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
This role involves working in our busy bar and function department providing high standard of professional and personal service and guest care. This role involves giving excellent customer service when greeting and serving guests, tables in are cleared in a timely manner and all areas are clean, tidy and well stocked at all times. You are responsible for the cashing up at the end of the shift and dealing with all aspects of the bar in the absence of the manager.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a busy environment. You will have great communication and people skills which will enable you to lead a team.
THE KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE NEED
You will have experience of working in a busy bar as well as previous supervisory experience. Ideally, you will also hold a minimum of level 2 in food safety and have previous experience of cashing up.
