We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join our great team at our Littondale Holiday Home Park as a Sales Advisor or Sales Executive.
If you’re new to sales or just at the beginning of your sales career, our Sales Advisor role offers fantastic development opportunities and is a great way to grow your career with the company. Once you’ve achieved ten holiday home sales you’ll be promoted to the position of Sales Executive.
For those who are more experienced in a direct selling environment, there's an opportunity to join us as a Sales Executive and in return we offer an excellent salary and uncapped commission.
You'll be actively promoting the park and endorsing its facilities, meeting/exceeding own sales targets. You’ll proactively identify new sales opportunities, using a variety of methods, including making use of the internet and social media, to generate potential leads. You’ll use your own initiative in order to create new and exciting ideas and with the support of the Sales Manager, will develop them accordingly.
You will actively participate in park events, welcoming customers to the park. You’ll give park tours to future owners, listening to their requirements and recommending specific holiday homes to suit their needs. You’ll always endeavour to exceed customer expectations, promoting the five-star experience Park Leisure has to offer.
You’ll know your product, having an in-depth knowledge of all our holiday homes, facilities and the various packages the park offers. You’ll have a thorough knowledge of our sales process and expectations, ensuring paperwork is accurately completed following company procedures, and will close sales efficiently.
For our Sales Advisor role, we’d love you to have some experience, however it’s the talent and passion for sales and exceptional customer service we’re looking for and we’ll teach you the rest.
If you want to be a Sales Executive, you’ll need previous experience in a direct customer facing sales environment and will enjoy engaging with customers. Ideally, you’ll also have worked in a similar environment.
Both roles require a grade C in Maths and English at GCSE and previous experience of using IT applications.
Sales Advisors earn £16,000 plus commission and will be promoted to the position of Sales Executive after achieving ten sales. Sales Executives earn £21,000 plus commission. Benefits such as pension and holiday are also on offer.
Contracts are based on full time hours which will be discussed in more detail at interview stage.
