Role Title:     Sales and Labour Administrator 
Reporting to:    Sales and Labour Manager

Role Objective

This important role, based at Head Office, involves the close monitoring and control of staffing costs throughout the group. Staffing costs are our biggest area of expenditure and must be carefully managed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Careful scrutiny of hotel rotas on a weekly basis and assessment against agreed staffing ratios
  • Regular dialogue with hotel managers to ensure effective control of these costs.
  • Investigation and reporting on overspends involving staff costs.
  • This list is not exhaustive and you may be asked to do other duties as and when required.

Person Specification

  • The successful candidate will be numerated and well organised with a focus for detail. 
  • They must be able to communicate with staff at all levels and have the personality and temperament to enforce the required standards.
  • You will be joining a small and dedicated team. 
  • Previous experience in this role is not essential as full training will be given but knowledge of hotel operations would be an advantage.
