Guest Service Manager - Farnborough
Essential to this role is natural charm and the ability to intuitively identify individual requirements of every guest whilst working with all departments to deliver the brand promise and experience at all times. All activity centres on guest recognition, interaction and attention to detail. You will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to constructively manage all guest feedback whilst maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. In this role you will be an ambassador for the Aviator brand and will strive to ensure that the guest journey is seamless. You will cover Duty Manager shifts to ensure that every area of the hotel is running to daily standards whilst being available to ensure any guest challenges are rectified. Experience of working within a luxury hotel or brand along with excellent communication skills and personal presentation is essential for this role.
