Full time - salary to £26,000 - immediate start - meals on duty - 25% off in all our venues.
We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the team at Ask For Janice, Farringdon.
Ask For Janice is a laid back bar and restaurant. Our open kitchen serves breakfast, lunch and sharing plates for dinner Monday to Friday and Bottomless Brunch on Saturday's. We're inspired by fresh, seasonal food, foraged ingredients and creative cooking.
The kitchen has a great team in place already and is now looking for a Sous chefs to complement them.
As we are opening new sites our Sous Chefs will also have the opportunity for progression to Head Chef in the future.

What we’re looking for:
- You’re positive, you care, you’re self-motivated and you want to be part of a team.
- Experience: You have at least 5 years-experience in a busy kitchen, cooking fresh food to a good level.
- You have an appetite for good food and drink and a love of the London hospitality scene.
- You’re passionate about good food and have a genuine desire to learn and give people a good time.
- You have drive to develop professionally and help ULG grow.
- You have the legal right to work in the UK and a good grasp of English.
