Regional Manager - South London

Job Purpose: To co-ordinate, manage and develop community lettings sales programmes across SLS partner schools

Responsible to: Regional Manager

Area: South London

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description

  • Manage multiple managers within a 100 mile radius.
  • Manage the operational practices across all areas within the cluster region.
  • Provide a mult-task approach providing advice and guidance but staying within SLS procedure values.
  • Managing relevant budgets.
  • Carrying out regular quality checks and monitoring procedures – often to be carried out during evening and weekend periods.
  • Undertaking responsibility for achieving high standards of customer service/satisfaction.
  • Ensure school clusters are within the SLS high standard guidelines.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communication with partner schools.
  • Regularly travelling between several school sites and meetings.
  • Managing a combination of office-based and home working.
  • Achieving targets and objectives as set-out by the Company Directors.
  • Conduct weekly 121’s with managers to check progress and ensure on track.
  • Conduct monthly regional meets with whole team- tackling new developments and strenthing current.
  • Reporting to the Company Directors, including regular meetings and the production of reports to assess standards and progress.
  • Being available on-call during all lettings periods to deal with emergency issues or incidents that occur at school sites via manager.
  • Provide leadership for managers, motivating, resolve conflicts encouraging inspiration.
  • Excellent analytical skiils required within this fast past role.
  • The ability to make hard and fast decisions is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Any other duties deemed suitable by the Company Directors, commensurate with the salary and title of the post.
