Support Crew – Retail and Guest Service
The role is exceptionally multi-faceted and interesting. In essence, it involves doing anything and everything to deliver guests delight - from greeting guests; working in a busy reception; food and drink service and retail and merchandising.
You’ll champion our ethical and ecological values, promote our activities, and be open and available to guests for advice, help and service. As a flexible, enthusiastic member of the team you will be happy to get involved in other activities on site and will have experience of following processes and procedures. This is a part-time permanent position and will include evenings and weekends.
Passionate about creating unique and memorable holiday experiences, you should have a background that involves resolving guests issues and balancing the demands of guests service and commercial success. Articulate and approachable, you must be able to strike a rapport with guests and have a helpful, positive personality. You will see problems as opportunities, and though you are confident and independent, you will also be a team player. Basic IT literacy would be an advantage and you should understand how everything that you do can impact on profit and loss.
