We have an exciting opportunity to join the senior management team at Chelsea Court Place as Head of Hospitality, reporting directly to the General Manager.
Located on the Kings Road – Chelsea Court Place is a premium boutique care home pioneering bespoke and curated care to the elderly and those suffering from Dementia. Our 15 en-suite Residence also boosts a 48 cover restaurant, private dining room, library, cinema and games room, sun room and indoor garden, spa and salon and respite/quiet room. In addition to the 15 residents we offer a unique day club where Members can attend and use our facilities for the day.
An exciting and extremely rewarding job opportunity has arisen for a head hospitality.
As Head of Hospitality you will have a wide range of responsibilities including:
managing the professional day to day operation of the Residence ensuring customers are delighted with the home's service, ensuring company standards are met and delivered consistently and ensuring budgeted profitability is achieved.
You will have an important role in promoting our purpose, values and behaviours at all times focusing on all areas of the operation mainly Front of house, Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, House Keeping, Maintenance and Events.
As Head of Hospitality you will lead, coach and develop all Operational Department Managers and create a team environment which promotes good team member morale, ensuring a high level of commitment and pride in the Residence in order that our teams create a memorable experience for our customers on every occasion.
As Head of Hospitality you will have a thorough and working knowledge of all operational departments, to monitor, review and improve departmental standards on a continual basis and to act as a liaison between all operation departments.
The successful applicant must have previous experience as an operationally focused Manager gained within a branded environment.
You will possess financial and commercial awareness, have good knowledge of current legislation including Health and Safety, Food Safety, Liquor Licensing and Employment Law.
The successful applicant must have proven experience in leading, motivating and developing Managers and Team Members to achieve their potential.
You will have great people skills, be professional and immaculately presented along with the drive and desire to achieve great results and provide exemplary Guest Service.
