Group Marketing Manager
Our client is a leading swim school and swimming lesson provider with ambitious plans to become the most innovative and largest provider in the U.K. Due to their rapid expansion they are looking for a Group Marketing Manager to Head up their marketing strategy; from customer acquisition to corporate marketing and branding.
The Group Marketing Manager will put together and execute a comprehensive b2b and b2c marketing strategy for the group including digital, print, trade shows, events PR, social media, website development; working in conjunction with the team of directors, agencies and managing a small team. Corporate strategy will be national and customer acquisition regionalised so you will also be working with local teams to drive acquisition for new and existing venues and the directors on corporate branding.
The company is in the process of doubling in size over the next 12 months and further exponential growth is expected over the next few years. They are also developing more products and services too so it is a very exciting time to join as Group Marketing Manager as the role will expand, develop and diversify quickly.
We would be eager to talk to you if you have been a marketing manager within a consumer brand and have managed the full marketing mix including digital to drive customer acquisition across multiple sites or regions. Whilst this role is strategic, we are also looking for someone who is hands-on as initially you will be an implementer too. If not already working in the sports, fitness or leisure industry, you will have a demonstrable affiliation with health, fitness, sports or physical activity.
