Role Title: General Managers (South of England)
Reporting to: Area Manager
Due to our continued expansion Britannia Hotels are now recruiting for Hotel General Managers in the South of England.
Britannia Hotels boasts some of the finest historic and iconic hotels in the country. A highly successful and innovative Company, Britannia Hotels is the fastest expanding independent UK hotel group. Currently we have 53 hotels nationally, which continues to grow, and 6 Pontins Holiday Parks.
You will be expected to already have experience in this area with extensive knowledge of running a large hotel (100 + bedrooms), room sales and room rates.
An understanding of scale and standards are required, as well as cost effectiveness being key for this role.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within the hotel industry and the ability to work under pressure with a drive to raising standards. You should possess a “can do” approach that is second to none, whilst not forgetting delivering a pleasurable and enjoyable experience for our guests.
