Our training team will give you guidance on how to manage and achieve your targets whilst providing a positive experience for our customers – with you in our team they will be coming back for more and more!

You will have dedication, determination and professionalism that will hold the attention of all customers in the gym, with a key focus on customer care, you will be punctual, flexible and reliable. At each session you will need to be able to guide, motivate, assist and plan to help members achieve their fitness goals. A real people person, you will naturally be a team player as you will work with other instructors and staff members within the club to ensure a successful gym experience is had by all.

We are looking for instructors who want to develop and progress through gaining additional qualifications plus attending workshops and courses to learn how to cater for all our customer’s needs. You will need to have experience teaching a range of disciplines with a minimum of Level 2 Fitness Instructor and working towards Level 3 Personal Trainer.
