An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Lyons Group for a General Manager at our popular Nant Hall Hotel in Prestatyn.

We have a number of hotels and restaurants within the local area and pride ourselves on delivering consistently high standards of quality.
Managing all aspects of the bar, restaurant and hotel operations effectively to ensure the smooth, running of the establishment. It is crucial that agreed targets are met and budgets are adhered to.
You must lead all staff to work to a high standard of cleanliness and productivity whilst building on the positive working relationships between all departments.
Deliver amazing hospitality to our guests, building rapport and exceeding guest expectations.
Developing and implementing procedures within the bar, restaurant and hotel to ensure our brand standards are consistently met whilst ensuring full compliance to our operating controls.
Increase our revenue by executing marketing strategies, capitalising on our new function facilities used for weddings and events where you could be accommodating up to 1,000 guests.
For this position we are looking for a dynamic, results driven and motivated individual with the confidence to demand high standards from others and ensure all processes are followed correctly. You will be someone who thrives on the challenge, is highly attentive to detail and passionate about delivering consistently high standards.
The ability to demonstrate outstanding leadership whilst being able to delegate responsibilities, prioritise and organise complex projects is essential to enjoy this valuable career opportunity.
Our ideal candidate with have the following skills and experience:-
- Ideally 5 years’ management experience with a track record of achievement and profitable growth within a similar bar, restaurant and hotel environment.
- Leadership or supervisory qualifications such as a BIIAB Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership or equivalent experience.
- A thorough knowledge of restaurant control systems including processes of revenue management and budget planning.
- Considerable understanding of operations within the hospitality sector.
