Tonbridge & Malling Leisure Trust (TMLT), better known as tmactive, is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation responsible for the delivery of sport and leisure facilities on behalf of Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council. The partnership agreement between the Council and the Trust means that residents and visitors enjoy high quality, value-for-money services as well as investment in services.

With over 540 staff working on a permanent or casual basis over six sites including three Leisure Centres, Golf Course and a Country Park in a management partnership with Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council and Kings Hill Sports Park in partnership with Kings Hill Parish Council, we have a wide variety of roles that offer job satisfaction and the chance for progression.

Our indoor leisure facilities have all been rated as Very Good under Quest, with Poult Wood having a reputation for being one of the finest quality Pay & Play courses in the South of England. The Football Association considers Kings Hill Sports Park to be one of the best training grounds in Kent!
