The Fuji Grill:
The Fuji Grill presents the finest the season has to offer from our Beaverbrook Estate’s garden & forest. Sourced predominantly from the waters surrounding the British Isles, our sashimi’s outstanding flavour & texture stems from the traditional Japanese method Ikejime. This 17th century technique creates a deep umami dimension when dry-ageing. Umami is the highly coveted fifth flavour treasured by Japanese culture. Land & Sea are brought together in the spirit of sustainability & celebration.
Sir Franks Bar:
Our elegant bar is named after Beaverbrook’s creative director Sir Frank Lowe – creator and curator of Beaverbrook’s unique range of artwork collections, rare collectables and myriad of historic and whimsical treasures. Glossy lacquered walls, burnt-umber and berry-bright stained glass marry raspberry-pink seating and leather-lined booths. Members and guests can enjoy unique cocktails that surprise and delight.
