Our agreements allow you to find your entrepreneurial flair while remaining secure in the knowledge you have the full support of Stonegate Group, the UKs biggest pub company, behind you.

We will provide you with everything you need to make your pub a success, from the beer you serve, to the glasses you serve it in. Being 100% wet led we recognise the importance of giving people a reason to visit, which is why we will invest in you by covering all agreed costs required to deliver an outstanding community pub.

What we ask for in return is that you passionately create and maintain a brilliant community local, including employing, training, and paying your own team of staff.

We will keep you engaged and challenged through ongoing incentive schemes, as well as recognise and celebrate your achievements. We understand that this is no ordinary line of work, and at times it can be incredibly challenging.
