We work with a hand-picked network of farmers, fishermen and food producers throughout Kent and the South East to make sure only the best, sustainable fresh ingredients go in to your meals.
Britain’s Oldest Brewer
Our Brewery, nestled in the medieval market town of Faversham in Kent, has continuously produced beer for centuries.
Using natural ingredients, such as mineral water from our own spring and local hops, our brewers produce Kentish ales bursting with character and renowned international lagers. Blending art and science, we produce award winning beer you will be proud to serve to our guests.
