Front of House
You are the welcome, the goodbye and everything in between. Creating lovely little moments and unforgettable memories for our guests. You’ll make every guest feel restored, warm, nourished and special, from the moment they walk through our doors.

Back of House
French food is our everything. It’s why we are who we are. Perfect produce, cooked with real passion. Incredible dishes that turn into special moments at our tables. Our chefs are not just our chefs. They’re our heart and soul. And being the heart and soul of something is a really big job. (But it’s also a really good one).

We restore and nourish our guests through the delivery of magnificent food and drink, exceptional service and genuine hospitality. And as management, you’re at the heart of it all, making it happen. Support Office
The support office is an integral part behind the scenes, without it our restaurants wouldn’t operate as seamlessly as they do. The support office works alongside other departments to ensure the restaurant teams have everything they need to make it special for our guests.
