Welcome to temper

temper has four vibrant whole animal barbecue restaurants and one cocktail bar, with locations in Soho, Covent Garden, Shoreditch and The City. We put an emphasis on ethically-sourced meat, aged and butchered in-house then cooked over fire, with our restaurants showcasing amazing food, drink and the best 80s and 90s playlists all centred around open kitchens. 

We opened our first restaurant in 2016 and our latest in winter 2022, imbuing each with the same great vibe, and an excellent team is at the heart of that. With this in mind, we take care of our own, with great training, wages and working environment.
