Having worked with CIMSPA (Chartered Institute of the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) for many years, we have now joined forces to create a partnership of like-minded organisations, both integral in promoting health and fitness as an industry and it’s careers on offer. With longevity in the marketplace, both provide the other a very relevant platform to further engage with and promote their individual services to their members and users.

CIMSPA is the professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector, providing leadership, support and empowerment for professionals working in sport and physical activity and a single unified voice for the sector.

The partnership will provide Leisurejobs’ and Leisure People’s associated jobseekers with insight into CIMSPA’s role within the sector; assisting jobseekers in understanding how their career and employment opportunities can benefit from membership with the sector’s only chartered institute.

As a job board with over 1,158,322 registered candidates and clients which include some of the most well known UK Health and Fitness brands, Leisurejobs.com provides the perfect platform to promote CIMSPA and it’s offerings; whilst also as part of the contra deal, managing the CIMSPA job advertising service and powering CIMSPA’s job search function.

Commenting on the new agreement Tara Dillon, CEO of CIMSPA said: “CIMSPA is excited to be starting this partnership with Leisurejobs who are well known as market leaders in jobs services. The partnership will both allow our members and site visitors to stay informed on the latest sector employment opportunities and provide our employer partners with access to a fantastic recruitment platform”.

Marc Moreso, CEO of Leisurejobs.com and Leisure People commented: “We are delighted to be teaming up with CIMSPA. They have vast experience across all facets of sport and physical activity and endorse training courses and qualifications, which are recognised and requested by operators throughout the industry.”
