Studio Manager - Laboratory Spa and Health Club - London

The award winning Laboratory Spa and Health Club in north London is now recruiting a Studio Manager (part-time). 

The ideal candidate will have remarkable customer service skills, be passionate about group exercise and be able to manage a demanding 100 + class mind/body and group fitness timetable. 

The right person will be able to deliver, recruit, train, motivate and evaluate other class instructors in ensuring that The Laboratory has the best timetable on offer. 

The ability to listen, communicate and effectively schedule a well-balanced and innovative class programme is of paramount importance. The right person will have a proven track record in teaching, multi-tasking, performance management, budget control and member/customer relations. 

To apply for this role you ideally must have the following;

• A fitness-based level 2 qualification
• An Exercise to Music qualification
• A CPR/First Aid qualification.
• Preferably previous studio managerial experience
• At least 5 years’ teaching experience
